| When
clicking the Icon to boot the Complete Christian Collection, an
error message displays as follows:
Unable to open infobase. The master infobase for
this shadow, '?.nfo could not be found or was replaced by another infobase
with the same name.
|
The
most common reason for this error is that the Data Disk is not in the
CD-ROM drive. The Complete Christian Collection comes with 2 disks. After
you have installed the library using the Installation Disk, you must then
first insert the Data Disk each time you want to open the library. |
| Part
way through the installation the process stops and displays a message that
reads 'The following directory could not be created'. |
This
error occurs because your system is not accepting the font installation of
our program. Our program requires a Hebrew and Greek font for the Lexicon.
Simply click here to download a zip file
containing the two fonts. Then unzip them and copy them to your C:WindowsFonts
folder. After your have copied the fonts to the specified folder, run the
install of the program again and it will install correctly. |
| When
installing the product, an error message displays as follows:
This program has performed an illigal opperation
and will be shut down.
|
This
generally occurs because of a conflict with virus check programs you may
be running. The most effective way to avoid the error is to disable any
virus programs you may be using before and during the installation. Once
you have installed the product successfully you may enable your programs
again. If this program persists and you are unable to successfully install
the product, call Technical Support. |
| While
accessing the video tutorials an error displays stating that a required
file cannot be loaded. |
This
error occurs because you are trying to access a video tutorial while
another one is already open. When using the video tutorials you must close
each video after viewing it before opening another one. This is done by
clicking the upper-right X on the control box that appears in the
lower-right corner of the screen. |
| When
perfroming a search in the library for a word, a window pops up stating
that no hits are found. |
This
generally occurs when you have check one or more of the check boxes nest
to the blue miniature book in the left window. These check boxes are used
only when performing an Advanced Search from the Search pull-down menu.
When performing any other type of search, all boxes must be unchecked. |
| When
trying to print a Bible Map, the map doesn't print on the page. |
When
you have selected the map and it appears in the Object Window, click the
print button. On the lower-left of the Print Dialogue Screen are four tabs
with which to access the information you want to print. To print a map
that is displayed in the Object Window you must click on the Object tab
then click OK. |
